Talk about a wide range in production capability...

This is the real deal. Bad sound or not this is what sailing is like. When you tack in these conditions you know there are going to be wear and tear on youre rigg. But this boat is built for it. But when it comes to sails and rope you might have to think a bit about that. If you want to think about youre sails durability you dont have to tack like they did in these conditions... You can point the boat more into the wind. But these guy's are racers and dont have maintance in mind. They are showing you what the boat is made for...... When you are the capten its all up to you have you want to sail youre boat.

Guess Matthew, the head of PR from Outremer would have said, you could have been gone to 26 knots or more easily! ;-)

IMHO...going that *fast* and seeing all that spray off the front bow...my mind would be always be asking "How long till she digs in and the boat flips???" :-)

What a horribly balanced boat...nose down & that windward hull kicking ALL that spray...mast needs to be raked back, a lot...& more main on & open the mainsail head a little...never liked plumb bows for sea sailing, no lift.

Every single person who does boat reviews needs to watch this video first to see how it's supposed to be done. There are a couple of other good reviewers on YT, but your execution is great. Pans are slow, you show every corner and get into all the compartments. Wow! I had no intention of buying a 5X, but after watching this review I've ordered two. And...beautiful boat!

Nice run for a sea trail. I wouldn't be the one doing that on a "normal" passage though. But then blowing out a sail on sea trial isn't that big a deal.
